Ordered and received a computer that did not work.Called the supplier for Tanga within an hour of receiving the computer.
They were very cooperative and immediately provided the ability to return the computer. I returned the computer the next day. Contacted Tanga same day and they indicated to follow suppliers instructions and refund would not be a problem. Almost a month later, no refund to the credit card.
I had emailed customer service roughly two weeks ago and called customer service the same day. Calling Tanga only gets you voice mail. In neither case have I ever heard from Tanga again. I would not recommend doing business with Tanga as they seem good at taking your money but not good at standing behind the products they are selling.
Probably a boiler room operation in Chandler, AZ.
Certainly not a professional retailer.Beware!
